Dial An Exchange South Africa Begins Resort Outreach Effort

(MyPR.co.za) December 5, 2012 By steveluba Filed Under: Travel

Executives from timeshare exchange provider Dial An Exchange (DAE) have launched a new educational outreach program in South Africa designed to inform timeshare resort managers and resort Boards of Directors about the extensive exchange options available to owners.

DAE executives recently attended the Annual General Meetings for the Crystal Springs, Ngwenya Lodge, Manzi Monate, Sandy Place, Mabalingwe, Monateng Safari Lodge, Kagga Kamma and Little Eden timeshare resorts, primarily to introduce choices to timeshare owners and resort Boards about the free membership program and availability of additional exchange options open to owners.

“Most of these owners only deal with one exchange partner. Although DAE is just beginning to create awareness that owners are not locked in to using one exchange company, we will continue to explain our offering and our commitment to our members in terms of service delivery, great membership benefits and our uncomplicated approach,” said Paul Edkins of Dial An Exchange South Africa.

Edkins added that educating the Board of Directors at a resort is essential as they are the group who can set policy for the resort operations and has significant influence among the owners at their resorts.

“We often see how un-informed a lot of owners are in terms of other available options and exchange affiliations. Our goal is to provide information about the choices owners have to book the best possible vacation exchange at the most economical price,” Edkins added.

Dial An Exchange provides free membership to its 450,000 members across the globe, with the ability to bank their timeshare week at no cost and receive a credit which can be used within a three year period. Payment is required only after an exchange is confirmed.
