French hitmaker Kungs has unveiled his sophomore album Club Azur, out now.<\/p>\n

An eleven-track release, Club Azur taps into the vibrant, sunkissed dance sound that Kungs has made his own in recent years – with many tracks exploring his infectious modern take on Italo disco.<\/p>\n

The LP features no fewer than four tracks previously released as hit singles by the French tastemaker. The first of which is \u2018Never Going Home\u2019, the global smash that combines slick vocals, glistening synths and an infectious bassline. It peaked at #7 on the \u2018Global\u2019 Shazam chart and hit #1 on the \u2018Electronic Global\u2019 Shazam chart. Next up are the glorious, Italo-inspired \u2018Clap Your Hands\u2019, raucous Euro disco heater \u2018Lipstick\u2019, and retro beach banger \u2018Regarde- Moi\u2019, tracks with more than 371 million combined Spotify streams.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, there is an appearance from German dance music behemoth Boys Noize on The Flirts-sampling Italo sleaze of \u2018Fashion\u2019, up-and-coming talent Victor Flash on the seductive synths of \u2018Quanto Tempo\u2019, New York two-piece The Knocks on the fresh, funky disco of \u2018People\u2019 and Miami electronic duo Good Times Ahead on the melodic electronica of \u2018Without You\u2019. Closing things out, \u2018Paris\u2019 is an emotion-tinged ode to Kungs\u2019 current hometown that ensures the LP finishes on a poignant note.<\/p>\n

A shining star in the modern French electronic scene, Kungs boasts more than 5 billion streams across his back catalogue, with huge global hit \u2018This Girl\u2019 reaching #1 in 45 countries. His debut album, Layers has sold over 1.2 million copies around the world and received a coveted French Grammy while, more recently, his remix of Dua Lipa\u2019s global hit \u2018Don\u2019t Start Now\u2019 has clocked up over 10 million Spotify streams.<\/p>\n
