JournoRequest from MyPR is a free service from MyPR.co.za.

It is based on the premise that we can help journalists get quotes and expert opinions from sources in the know and for the sources to get the exposure that they need.

HEREIN LIES THE RUB: Do Not reply to any journalist with an unsolicited request or pitch. Should we get to here of that you are gone, finished, finito and we will send a thousand sand fleas to infest places you don’t want them to!

AND FOR THE HARD OF HEARING AND SLOW OF COMPREHENSION: If you do not IMMEDIATELY KNOW upon reading a request that you can confidently answer the journalists request with words that are on target, words that will genuinely help, and in such a way that the journalist will continue to trust you for a long time then rather don’t reply at all.

LET E PUT IT ANOTHER WAY: If you feel your brain saying to you; “Just take a chance and send the reply!” then rather DO NOT bother and move on.

There are two key areas:

 1. Post a Journalist Request

 2. Post an Experts Profile
