The KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) Mid-South Coast is fast becoming one of the country\u2019s most attractive property investment destinations, offering excellent returns alongside unmatched coastal living. In contrast, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal combined achieved only a 29.5% increase (3.3% CAGR), with KwaZulu-Natal\u2019s mid-market properties (R950 000 to R2.5 million) averaging a modest 4.1% year-on-year growth.<\/p>\n
