Sandton: As organisations continue to invest in ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other artificial intelligence technologies, many are overlooking one of the largest productivity opportunities already available to employees: Microsoft Outlook.<\/p>\n

AI is often positioned as the solution to workplace productivity challenges. Organisations purchase licences, provide training and expect employees to become more efficient almost immediately.<\/p>\n
