Emails are being sent. Spreadsheets are being updated. workflow is understood, artificial intelligence becomes far more useful.<\/p>\n<p>ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot can assist with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting and summarising information.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports and documents.<\/li>\n<li>Analysing information.<\/li>\n<li>Summarising meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting research.<\/li>\n<li>Improving communication.<\/li>\n<li>Reducing repetitive administrative work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But AI should not automatically be the first solution.<\/p>\n<p>If an employee spends three hours completing a process that should not exist, reducing it to one hour with AI is still one hour wasted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automating unnecessary work does not make it necessary.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is why AI
