The approach starts by understanding where a business is, where it wants to go and what may be preventing it from getting there. Depending on the business, this can include developing a business strategy, refining market positioning, strengthening the brand, building a professional website, implementing marketing and Google Ads, or providing ongoing business coaching and support. The result is a connected approach where strategy and implementation work together rather than relying on isolated services.<\/p>\n

The impact can be seen across My SME\u2019s client work. The Green Zone\u2019s journey combined business coaching, strategy, rebranding, website development and Google Ads, generating more than R1 million in reported revenue from its campaign. Prominent Roofing generated more than R2.5 million in turnover, while Wedding Minister generated 172 leads, 57 bookings and R202,900 in revenue. Absolute Ablutions generated 416 leads, while the Atzar\u00f3 campaigns generated more than R6.2 million in combined revenue across Cape Town and Okavango.<\/p>\n

My SME\u2019s work also extends beyond established businesses. Through Enterprise and Supplier Development initiatives, My SME has worked with entrepreneurs and businesses including Noni\u2019s Coffee, Tirhani Fresh Produce, ACFS Your Local Bakery, EcoBakery and Digby Wells, providing business coaching, strategy, development and practical support. This enables entrepreneurs to strengthen their business foundations, develop their ideas and build the capabilities required to operate and grow sustainable businesses.<\/p>\n
