There are speakers from South Africa, Namibia, Uganda, Mauritius and beyond, the summit focuses on actionable insights over theory, with sessions covering how to build companies future generations will want to work at, how to measure culture in ways executives support, and how to embed trust, psychological safety, and accountability.
Attendees will also dive into aligning multigenerational and distributed teams under shared values, making inclusion practical, and maintaining culture across hybrid and flexible work models.
