Durban, South Africa. Last Thursday, Talksure hosted a prestigious graduation ceremony for 15% of their employees who recently completed various national qualifications. Many, despite family and work pressures, completed up to three full qualifications covering the fields of short-term insurance, sales and customer service to generic management and banking. “Our people have worked incredibly hard over the past year to acquire their NQF level 4 and 5 certificates and we are really proud of the tenacity, determination and perseverance shown. Each of them is another step further in their life-long learning journey and has continued to participate in the big dreams of our Talksure family,” says Magdalene Chetty, Head of Learning and Development.
