OUR STORY

Shift ONE was started in 2011 by Dylan Kohlstadt, Founder and CEO. After 15 years in corporate marketing, Dylan went on her own and started a marketing agency that specialises in GETTING CUSTOMERS for our clients.

From working at her kitchen table to running her team from the Garage co-working space to taking offices at the Bandwidth Barn to relocating to their offices by the sea at Eden on the Bay, and finally to launching global offices in Germany, USA and the UK…Shift ONE has grown from strength to strength in a very short space of time.
