Lauren is an award-winning Communications, Marketing, and Sponsorship specialists working with diverse clients locally, and abroad. Prior to starting Terras Communications, she worked in radio, TV, print, and FMCG arenas.

Lauren is a NLP coach assisting athletes, teams, management, and small businesses with Goal Setting, and Team Culture. She is also the co-host of a sport podcast series – The Lauren & Dawn Show, The Olympic Series which is broadcasted on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcast, and Spotify. She is a daily face on the new audio platform, Clubhouse, holding numerous rooms together with Gurthro Steenkamp, 2007 Rugby World Cup winner. The Coach G and Lauren team interview international guests and speakers focusing on ‘Sport Insight’ and ‘Building Mental Resilience’.

She has a passion for sports outreach programs, and assists NPO in Africa to grow their footprint and offering.
