Springbok U20 Coach, Kevin Foote and Springbok U20 Captain Riley Norton were both in Gqeberha for the TRC U20 Rugby Championships.
The team played 3 Match Days over 3 weekends at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium against Australia, Argentina and New Zealand running out championship winners after a nail biter of a final when the Springboks drew 29-29 with the All Blacks.
Despite the minimal traditional media presence at the pressers both Kevin and Riley had high praise for the support that they had received from the general public.
In addition, every time that they entered a press conference room both shook the hands of each person present and introduced themselves.
