The scope of work with a total contract value of R 23m includes a significant upgrade to the intersection at Reunion Drive, which is sure to add significant value to the residents of the area. DP2 are ahead of programme and within budget, which will allow the developers to commence with the bulk services of the estate sooner than expected.
Manor Homes, one of the leading residential contractors in the greater Helderberg area, have been appointed to construct the homes and townhouses in the first phase of the development.
