Exciting New Features Available On PaperJet

PaperJet was born from a need to complete documents while travelling and working on the go. With the time constraints of business, we decided to invest a lot of thought into making the document completion process even faster than the basic, conventional cloud-based “fill in a PDF” software as a service platform.

Since most forms are flat or static we found ourselves consumed with the tedious task of overusing the text tool, a process which often resulted in us screaming at the cursor! After sitting down with the team we originally came up with “Field Detection” to make forms immediately fillable.

Now, when a user uploads their form, our unique technology will make it fillable in 2 seconds, enabling you to open the document in your browser and immediately start typing on it.

Our goal to make forms used across the globe fillable took a bit of ingenuity from the developers but it was well worth it in the end.

Since then we’ve built hundreds of thousands of fillable forms and stored them in a Form Library for users to quickly and easily access. Since our users often need certain forms more than others we have created a list of the “Top 100 Forms” to simplify the lives of users. Forms like the W9 and other IRS tax forms are an example of the most commonly requested documents.

Another much-loved form feature is “Send to Sign”. This provides a simple user-friendly addition and users love how quickly they can have their clients, friends or family sign forms as well.
