Subscription & Membership Cancellation
Cancel at Will: MyPR subscriptions and active memberships can be cancelled at will, online at any time.
No Lock-in Contracts: There are no long-term lock-in commitments or cancellation penalties for recurring subscription plans.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your ongoing subscription using either of the following methods:
Self-Service via Payment Processor: You can log directly into your registered merchant account at the payment processor used for the transaction (e.g., PayPal or designated payment gateway) and cancel the recurring billing agreement directly.
Contact Support: You may submit a cancellation request to MyPR support via our contact page. Our administrative team will manually cancel your active recurring payment plan on your behalf.
Effect of Cancellation
Access Rights: Upon cancelling a recurring monthly plan, your active plan benefits remain valid until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle.
Future Billing: No further recurring fees will be deducted from your account once the cancellation has been executed.
Existing Publications: Press releases, articles, and media successfully published prior to subscription cancellation will remain live and archived on MyPR in accordance with our terms.
