Runners and walkers are invited to enjoy an active start to Mother’s Day on Sunday 14 May 2023 by taking on the 8th annual Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K that will start at 09:00 at Woodbridge Island (Milnerton) and finish in Lower Long Street opposite the Absa Building in Cape Town CBD.

The morning starts with a convenient bus trip from Cape Town’s CBD to the start in Milnerton. The route follows the coastline running in the direction of the majestic Table Mountain before finishing in lower Long Street. Boasting a fast and flat 10km route, the Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K will treat entrants to a fantastic on route experience with route highlights including iconic city landmarks, magnificent views, awesome sponsor activations and lively performances from some of Cape Town’s leading performing arts groups.
