The Black Business Council (BBC) held a successful Triennial Elective Annual General Meeting today and have re-elected the following National Office Bearers (NOBs):
- Mr Elias Monage – President
- Mr Gregory Mofokeng – Vice President: Organised Business
- Ms Linda Maqoma – Vice President: Professionals
- Mr Dumisani Mpafa – Head of Policy
- Princess Tsakani Nkambule – Treasurer General
It is for the first time in the history of the council that all previous leaders are elected again in the same positions.
About the Black Business Council: The Black Business Council (BBC) is the over-arching confederation that represents black professional, business associations and chambers. The primary purpose of the BBC is to lobby government on policy related matters and to play an advocacy role where policies are in place in order to accelerate the participation of black business in the mainstream economy.
