Latest statistics from Statista.com, reveals that Bitcoin grew over 1000% from January 2017 to date.
Bitcoin which was priced at $967.67 (R13 029) in January 2017, is now worth $11 625.00 (R156 523.50) as at 5 December 2017.

As many shoppers will feel the pinch, with traditional currencies this year, those that bought Bitcoin will be more at ease and even more liquid to spend more this Christmas.

It really is the new asset class, giving more wealth to people worldwide, as it was intended to do.
