Celebrating 21 Years of Anything Goes – A Legacy of Iconic Events & Unforgettable Moments!

As the busiest summer that South Africa has seen in decades, if not ever, approaches, few agencies can boast a legacy as rich and vibrant as that of Shaun Duwe and his brainchild agency that has been “Making Brands Cool” since 2003 – Anything Goes.

This pioneering organisation has been at the forefront of event and music culture for over two decades, continuously pushing boundaries through groundbreaking events, festivals, artist tours, and branded entertainment launches.

In fact, Shaun is celebrating Anything Goes’ 21st birthday this year, so he is determined that summer 24/25 is their biggest and most groundbreaking yet.

“The hunger for entertainment has never been greater, and with Africa currently basking in the global spotlight for its incredible music scene—rightfully so—we are excited to present a lineup of events that truly celebrates this moment,” says Shaun.

Anything Goes, fondly known as AG within the industry, has a jam-packed summer ahead featuring shows at incredible venues in breathtaking locations, from country clubs to private islands, arenas, sculpture parks, farms, expo centers, hotels, and beach clubs, with the most celebrated artists and brands that revelers know and love.

These include the TYLA SA tour, The Corona Sunsets Festival, Unwind and Tour, Gordo, Paradisco, Kunye, Major League, and more to be announced soon.

Shaun has also just launched GO! Festival, the inaugural, annual event to celebrate AG, his beloved branded entertainment business. This project has been a passion project that he’s been conceptualising for a long time and has finally brought to life.

Shaun is also the founder and partner in a few other entertainment enterprises, namely the Luxury Adventure Club, which offers bespoke, high-end travel experiences to individuals with a taste for excitement and adventure; Salute – SA’s premiere full-service event producer and supplier; and Liquor.co.za – the first local eCommerce portal that can service both direct-to-customer (DTC) and high-volume business-to-business (B2B) requirements in the liquor space. He also co-owns and founded JetBlack, the management agency that represents some of SA’s top talent including Shimza, Desiree, phFat, Roz and many more.
