100% Design South Africa opened yesterday, Wednesday 9 August, at the Gallagher Convention Centre. It is the largest curated exhibition platform for sourcing high-end contemporary design in Africa and the Weylandts father-daughter design duo unveiled Convivium by Chris and Anna Weylandt in collaboration with Caesarstone.

Using three of Caesarstone’s new products; Moorland Fog, Montblanc and Rugged Concrete they showcase how diverse the products are. The Convivium range consists of the Luna Drinks Cabinet and the Caesar, Mark Anthony and Cleopatra side tables, which take the art of hosting to new levels of sophistication.

Convivium is a feast of texture, a coming together of Caesarstone’s versatility and the bold, contemporary lines that characterise Weylandts’ unique style. This range contrasts the simple, slick contours with the classic, marblelesque texture of Caesarstone, raw wood and confident steel.
