The organisers of the iconic Absa RUN YOUR CITY (RYC) Series are inviting Capetonians to enjoy an active start to the long weekend by taking on the much-anticipated Absa RYC WARM UP RUN #3 powered by PUMA NITRO at Rondebosch Common (Sawkins Road, Rondebosch) on Thursday 14 April 2022.

“We can’t wait to celebrate the start of the long weekend with the Absa RYC Running Community,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports and Founder of the Absa RYC Series. “The 5km run is the perfect ‘active’ social gathering for the Absa RYC Running Community. Runners get to make new friends, while catching up with old friends.
