The pre-work sunrise that you’ve heard about is making its way to Paarl!
There is no better way to start your day than an early morning guided dance session while watching a beautiful sunrise with amazing like-minded people.
No Danger Diaries in partnership with Secret Sunrise invites you to join the movement at SecretSunrise: Wake Up Shake Up. Equipped with silent disco headphones and instructors, all participants will be guided through a dance meditation to the rising sun.
The event will take place on Saturday the 26th of November at a secret location within the Paarl area. The sunrise is a place for people of all ages, shapes, and colors to come together as like-minded individuals to connect, dance, love and engage in radical self-expression.
Wake up and Shake up! This sunrise will have an added focus of fitness to it. We are adding some extra horsepower to really get your morning going. We’ll still keep it playful but we’re determined to get those heart rates up!
