Top South African Estate Agency Raking In The Awards

The awards just keep coming for the teams at Just Property. Most recently, it was the turn of Namibia, Stilbaai and Upper Highway franchises to be recognised for excellence in real estate service.

“We were up against all the agencies in Namibia and to qualify you need to be putting a minimum of N$60-million through the bank. We won Agency of the Year and Agent of the Year in the N$30-million and N$20-million category,” says Schantal Teichmann of Just Property Namibia.

This award comes hot on the heels of Upper Highway’s award for Exceptional Growth at Just Property’s national awards earlier in the year.

Stilbaai Business Chamber Awards: Silver

Hennie Lötter, franchisee of Just Property Connect is no stranger to awards podiums. His team won New Franchise of the Year in 2018 and 2019, and in 2020 they won the Online Excellence Award, and Stilbaai came 5th nationally for Exceptional Growth in Sales at the Just Property Awards 2021.

Confirming their status as the young, vibrant up-and-coming agency in Stilbaai, Hennie’s team recently won Silver in the Stilbaai Business Chamber Awards, which are voted on by the public in the seaside town.
