Women’s Month Gets a High-Energy Finale at Femme Fit Fest

Three workouts, one high-energy morning and a packed line-up for Women’s Month

Syringa Park will turn into one big outdoor workout on Saturday, 29 August, when Femme Fit Fest 2026 brings strength training, dance and yoga together for a morning dedicated to fitness, fun and Women’s Month.

Running from 10:00 to 13:00 at Syringa Park, Avianto Estate, the event features three back-to-back sessions, starting with a power yoga session with Tidi, followed by a Strength & Conditioning workout with Monique Fit, and ending the day on a high by a dance workout with Fitness Icon.

The format gives participants a taste of three different training styles in one morning, with plenty of music, movement and group energy built into the programme.

Tickets come with a few extras too. Every participant will receive a goodie bag packed with NPL products and sponsored items worth more than R1,000, while spot prizes will be up for grabs during the morning.

Each ticket holder is also automatically entered into a lucky draw to win an NPL hamper valued at more than R1,200.

With limited spots available, anyone planning to join the event should book soon.

Check-in opens at 08:00 and closes promptly at 10:00, with no late entries permitted. Arriving early will leave enough time to check in, collect your event goodies and get ready before the first session begins.

Femme Fit Fest is designed for women at different fitness levels, whether you are bringing your usual training crew, convincing a friend to join you or simply looking for a different way to spend a Saturday morning.
