3 ways to up your game online with the LG WING 5G

It’s not every day that we see a completely different smartphone hit the market. With its unique second swivel screen and ground-breaking camera specs, it’s easy to see why the LG WING is the perfect device for tech fans, content creators, and anyone who wants a head-turning smartphone that offers more.

With the holidays just around the corner bringing endless opportunities to make memories, the WING has arrived just in time. From streaming music at the pool to uploading snaps of you and your loved ones being silly, the LG WING is the perfect phone for upping your online content game and preserving the good times. Not only that, but with more time to unwind and lounge around at home or on holiday, you’ll be able to game more and stream whenever it suits you.

But how exactly can the LG WING help you up your online game? Let’s get spec-y.

Shoot every video like a pro

Don’t you just hate jerky video quality? The LG WING’s swivel orientation captures video with unrivalled steadiness – just like the professionals. Once in swivel mode, the normal camera app vanishes and a new video-only app opens, revealing a gimbal controller interface with joystick controls that allow you to pan the 12MP rear camera left, right, up, and down without moving your hand. You can then grip the bottom display with one hand and use your thumb to mimic gimbal controls while you record landscape-oriented video using the main display as your viewfinder.

Once you’re done shooting your video, the LG WING will give you a video editing palette with detailed video editing tools. Editing can then be done on the full main screen while using the editing tool on the second screen.

This is a game changer for videographers who love recording videos in landscape mode. Because your hand is gripping the centre of the phone’s mass, the stabilisation is so much more accurate, resulting in more professional, less shaky video content.

Become YouTube and TikTok famous

Its dual-lens video recording makes the LG WING a dream for TikTokkers and vlog enthusiasts. Apart from its video stabilising feature, it also lets you record videos using the front-facing and rear lenses simultaneously. That means you can record what’s in front of you while capturing your own facial expressions.

As an added bonus, the LG WING also uses Voice Bokeh – the nifty feature that separates the voices from the noise in the background, putting you in total control of vlog audio – and AI Noise Recognition that focuses on just your words for crisper, clearer sound.

Ready, set, game!

Once you’ve experienced the LG WING’s gaming tools, you won’t be able to play mobile games any other way. Swivel the phone and you’ll see control toggles automatically appear on the second screen. This lets you quickly disable notifications, adjust graphics settings, take a screenshot of your in-game experience, or even search on YouTube.

Why would you need the “Search on YouTube” feature? Well, imagine being stuck on a level and you need a hint on what to do next. You could quickly watch an explainer video for that game on YouTube while continuing to play your game at the same time – multitasking at its finest.

Another reason the LG WING is the ultimate mobile gaming powerhouse is its 5G connectivity that allows for high-speed gaming. This is so important – as any gamer will tell you – because ping rate (or latency) can significantly influence your gameplay. In fast-paced shooter and strategy games its vital your connection keeps pace with you. Why? Because the lower the ping-rate, the more responsive your playthrough will be, ensuring you hit your target as intended without any delays. Generally, 5G offers latency of about 21-26 milliseconds, compared to 3G that average around 100 milliseconds – that’s insane, right?

Overall, the LG WING is the ideal device to up your online presence, whether you’re a content creator, gamer, or someone who just loves tech and is searching for a unique-looking phone that hits all the spec boxes. To learn more about the LG WING, visit the LG website.
