Richard holds extensive experience in the services field having held the position as Strategic Business Unit Manager for the ABSA Bank, Head of Sales and Service at AutoMobil Association, Head of Customer Service for BMW SA, Head of Innovation and Strategy for BMW SA and Board member and after sales Director for Jaguar/Landover Africa.
Richard completed his MDP through Harvard Business School and his MBA through Mancosa with the possibility of a doctorate sometime in his future. He is now responsible after sales and technical related issues for Samsung South Africa.
